Category Permission extension produces blank screen in CP

Hi,
Have anyone tried Category Permission extension?
I tried it on localhost and it produced only blank screen in Control Panel.
There was a tread where people reported some bugs but no one, as I remember, was so unsuccessful to get only the blank screen as I did.
