Freeform not writing to database

I wasn’t sure if this should go in “Technical Support” or “How to” so if I’m wrong I apologize.
So I installed FreeForm and its not writing to the database. Anyone else have this problem or idea what might do this?

Since Freeform is a third party module, I’ll move this to the Modules forum. Perhaps you might want to ask for support on the Solspace site? They have a forum, too.
