I have seen a similar post unanswered, so I figured Id throw up a new thread with more details.

Issue: Enabling the LG Data Matrix 1.1.1 extension.

  • Fresh 1.6.7 install of EE running PHP 5 and MySQL 4.1.25
  • Only jQuery for Admin enabled.

When I try to enable the extension, i get the following PHP error:

MySQL ERROR:

Error Number: 1064

Description: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE Field = 'lg_field_conf'' at line 1

Query: SHOW COLUMNS FROM `exp_weblog_fields` WHERE Field = 'lg_field_conf'

It would be great to figure out what’s going on, the extension looks incredible and there are surely others out there with my issue.

Merged threads. “Discussions and Questions” is perfectly appropriate.
