Hi guys
Hopefully someone can help me out on this one, been at it for the past 4 hours and can’t get it to work :S
I have setup TinyMCE as the default content editor in the Expression Engine site that we as a company are building. Thing is, the client wants to be able to upload files into the content, i.e. embed images and PDF files in the content.
For this I have installed the TinyBrowser plugin and LG TinyMCE Extension as indicated on this site.
The problem is that when I click on the TinyBrowser icon in the Insert / Edit Image dialog, it does nothing. With FireBug in Firefox it show a error msg as follows:
f is undefined http://test.refresh.co.za/clients/cgf/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js Line 1
Anyones assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated!!
You need to open up the LG TinyMCE extension file(ext.lg_tinymce.php)and play around with the paths around lines 479-482.
This is a great article on implementing TinyBrowser with the TinyMCE extension: http://www.wil-linssen.com/tinymce-wysiwyg-editor-with-tinybrowser-file-browser-in-expression-engine/
I am having this same problem. Nothing happens when I click on the TinyBrowser icon. The error is “f is undefined” in the source file tiny_mce.js.
I do not see any paths around lines 479-482 in ext.lg_tinymce.php.
I used the install files from http://www.wil-linssen.com/tinymce-wysiwyg-editor-with-tinybrowser-file-browser-in-expression-engine/
Did you solve this? Any other insights?
Thanks.
I got it to work by going back and reinstalling the pre-configured files from:
I’m not sure if I did something wrong the first time or what, but it started working.
Hey guys!
I have the LG TinyMCE extension working great with TinyBrowser. But I am not able to upload files OTHER than images.
Any ideas? Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve?
Thanks and I appreciate any help you can throw my way.
Cheers, Danielle
