Simple Translator: Make Default Language something else?

Hey Guys,

I worked on a website for my church (we speak Afrikaans) and I developed the website to have English as the default language and now that I am done I find out we actually want Afrikaans to be the default language!

Is there a way I can change the default now without changing all the Custom Fields or Template files!
