Correct Hook For Post-Publish/Update

Hello All,

I am really new to EE development and am writing an Extension to take address fields from a weblog entry and geo code them using an external API. I have all the code written and tested, but cannot for the life of me figure out which hook I should use. Is there any better description of hooks and when they fire when than this page?: http://expressionengine.com/developers/extension_hooks/

I want to have this extension run after every weblog publish and update. Ideally I’d like to receive the weblog_id and entry_id, but I’ll settle for entry_id. Is the correct hook submit_new_entry_absolute_end?
