Simple glossary like functionality.

I am wanting to make it possible for my client to create forms themselves. For now a simple glossary like functionality in the publish page would be fine. But there is one change I have to make, and I am not sure how I could do that at all…. never made a plugin before and the docs don’t really clear anything up for me at this noob stage.

To start with I am looking for the exact same functionality like the glossary. Just add code snippets to the text field. But with one difference! The snippets need to be placed on a new row every time one is added.

Is this hart to do? Can anyone give me a tip or starting point for me to figure this out?
