LG .htaccess Generator: not updated when pages are deleted

When a page is added using the Pages module the .htaccess file is updated with the page url. But when the page is deleted, the .htaccess file is not updated. The obsolete page url is still present.
Is this by design?

Probably not 😉
I’ll try fix this when I get a chance. Because this is a freeware extension don’t expect it anytime soon :D
