TinyMCE menus not rendering properly and text area greyed out

I’m creating a website for a community group fighting a freeway bypass (www.savethepines.net). The pressure is on to get it up and running quickly and I’m having a few issues since taking it from my localhost installation to my web host.
The latest is that TinyMCE won’t work properly. The text area is greyed out (but you can still type into it). And the menu buttons just appear as an unformatted vertical table of text (but do work when you click on them).
I have definitely loaded all the TinyMCE files up to the web host, including the theme folder.
What might be causing this?
I have a team of ecologists and activists ready to start writing the pages and they can’t go ahead with it like this.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Please ignore the above. I had in fact not loaded all the files to the web host. The upload must have cut out mid operation. All files now loaded an everything seems to work.
