I have a kludge fix right now so I can keep working on the extention. I added a flush() statement to the EE code itself to force everything to the browser, and it worked. It was the forum module code for me, and it didn’t seem to matter which hook I used. Enabled -> white screen. I’m not really happy that I had to weed my way through the EE code just to find that everything was processing properly, but not properly being sent to the browser.
If no one has any ideas on what could be causing this behavior I’m going to report it as a bug.
I’m pretty sure what i had to do was update the admin files for my email module as they had been updated after i had uploaded my site. You could try that, otherwise i’m just about to work on this very thing so i’ll let you know if i find anything.

Refer2Friend didn’t work for me at all.
