Who gets the email with Snitch?

I just installed Snitch, but cannot figure out how to set who gets the updates? How do I determine/set who gets the email notifications?
Also can you control which Weblogs this happens for? Or does it happen on all?

If I understand it correctly, it uses the notification recipients set under the normal per-weblog Notification Preferences: CP Home › Admin › Weblog Administration › Weblog Management › Edit Weblog Preferences › Notification Preferences
But that only lets you email specific addresses… it does NOT email groups of users or anything of the sort…. I am so confused.

Sorry I meant to say that it doesnt let you email groups of users. I was hoping that it would email all of my “members”
I installed Snitch Member Groups… but when I make a post I get the following error:
