Someone did report this issue when the main install sis not have the system control panel “URL to the root of your site” to be the site actually running the EE control panel. If you can change ti to do that, it may resolve the issue.

Travis, that does work but then I cannot use (site_url} anymore because it now points to the install site instead the site I’m on. Is there another work around for this issue? Is Structure not MSM compatible? (Just purchased 2.0.3)

It is MSM compatible, but this is a limitation of MSM/Structure. You can create another site variable instead for that main URL.

@niknewys I just mean a global variable or set something in path.php
