Logmein

We’re using the Logmein plugin as part of a system in which our website is delivered by EE, but members are authenticated through our database system (Avectra netFORUM). When we create users in netFORUM, they are exported into EE. So far, this works fine for allowing users to view members-only content and leave comments on articles. It does not work for allowing users access to the forums or the members profile. When a user imported into EE with this system attempts to log into the forums or the members profile, he gets a message saying that the password is incorrect.

I know it’s a long shot, but does anyone have an idea of what could be going on here?
