Currently have a Publish page using Playa and File, which have been working fine, adding new weblogs.

Now we are coming to edit some of the weblogs, we see that some of the chosen Playa records are disapearing. (The ones moved into the right hand pane).

This page has 4 seperate Playa forms, and 6 instances of the File fields.

All of them are stripped of the chosen records once an image is replaced using File, and the page saved?

Versions used: Playa (v.1.3.3) File, by Mark Huot (v.3.1.1)

Any ideas, or has this happened to you?

After having to manage with this for a while, we spotted what is causing the problem.

But yet worked out a solution!

All of the image fields are marked a Required.

When removing an image, and Updating the page, the Error message appears at the top of the screen, informing that an image MUST be added, and at that point all of the Playa fields are emptied out.

Yes, I know that there is a newer version of Playa now available, but just a little terrified to update it.

Now looking into increasing PHP memory allocated on server. Currently at 32MB, but an increase to 64MB might do it.

Can’t find anything wrong with extension set up or configuration. Have a version of the site running on dev server, although with trimmed down content, and that’s running fine.
