Does EE currently support Apture? It is in use at The Four Hour Work Week Blog and looks quite interesting.
My skills at this are a little rusty so any advice on how to incorporate this technology or suggesting any interactive alternatives would be helpful.

I haven’t played with it. However, there wouldn’t seem to be any issues with using their “live page plugin” thingy – it looks like that’s all done in Javascript. You can’t do it from inside the Control Panel, though, there’s no EE version of their software that would let you do that.
