Using EE FLV player plug-in with JW Player AddOn

I have been using the FLV player plug-in for videos and it has been great, I was using the JW Viral Plugin for the embed capabilities. Now the client is getting complaints from users that think there is an error at the end of the video when the embed code pops up. I think it is the way it’s styled and there is no way to style the JW Viral Plugin. So I am trying different avenues.

Another thing I tried is to use this JW Embed AddOn . But because I am using the EE FLV player Plugin I have to put the parameters in the EE tags, which works except for the flashvars parameter because it needs multiple parameters.

{exp:flvplugin playerpath="{site_url}images/flash/player-licensed.swf" skin="{site_url}images/flash/stylish.swf" file="{video_file}&plugins=embed-1&embed;.show_window_after_complete=true&embed;.code=<embed src=http://www.memjethomeandoffice.com/images/flash/player-licensed.swf height=380 width=540 allowscriptaccess=always allowfullscreen=true flashvars=autostart=true&file;={video_file}&plugins=embed-1></embed>" playernumber="{entry_id}"  width="540" height="380" autostart="true"}

I had to take out all the quotes, but it works if I just have one flashvars parameter, but then I lose the skin and the autostart.

So is there a way to escape some characters and make this work? Any other ideas on how to make it work?

Here is an example page, however I have moved the embed function into my homemade share module.
