alternatives to File extension??

Anyone have ideas? Mark Huot’s File extension doesn’t let you browse existing files on the server (like the native Upload File does), nor does it let you overwrite existing an existing image you may want to replace.
It would be great for a more robust File-like “Upload File” be built into the Publish page with EE 2.0! But until then…any ideas? 😊

Your could try the FieldFrame & nGen File combo, seems to be the recommended alternative these days.
