Problem with Structure plugin

I’ve used the Structure plugin before and never has this problem, but each time I log in as a super admin, I have to visit the Structure settings and re-set the weblog type (Structure) and Default Template so the Structure tab will show up when I publish a new page or edit an existing page.
The message that appears on the settings page is as follows:
No permissible groups exist. A group must have these permissions before it will show here. * Can access control panel * Can access publish * Can access edit * Can access Structure
I’m logged in as a super admin though. Anyone ever seen this issue? Can it be fixed?
Hey Hollywood, my settings says the same thing, “No permissible groups exist.” But structure still works fine for me. I think that only changes when you add other groups to access structure.
