[SOLVED] LG Htaccess Generator and Engine Hosting: avoiding 500 Internal Server Error

Leevi, all:

I ran the .htaccess generator and got Interal Server Error 500 for all URLs in my domain.

It turns out the IndexIgnore * causes this error because Engine Hosting does not allow it.
