Hello,

I am interested in fetching the values of global variables, if they exist, from a plugin. Although this isn’t modular, it is convenient. To be precise, the “global variable” type I wish to access is the kind created from CP Home > Templates > Global Variables.

Is there access to these from one the of the classes? I couldn’t find it in Session, Functions or Template.

Thanks!

Global Variables are intended to be accessed in the templates; not in your add-on files.

Thanks for the reply. Ok, are any of the other global variables that are set in path.php or config.php supposed to be available? It doesn’t seem so though I’m not quite sure how they are not in scope.
