Oh Chat Module where art thou?

I’ve recently had a client requesting a chat room with the posibility for private chat as well. Looked around the forum and stubled on this thread: http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/64448/

However, wouldn’t it be great if cough someone cough developed a module for this hint hint

A lot of money would probably pay some good money for a module like this. I know I would 😊
