EE2 MSM
How Do I?
Hello,
I bought the upgrade EE3 for one of my site. But in this site i use several add ons who not ready to support the upgrade.
But i absolutely need to install the multiple site management on my current EE 2.10.1
Where can i buy the software ? I need two more sites running.

You may have to contact [email protected] for help with that one. One of my clients’ un-upgraded 2.x license still lets him buy MSM licenses.

In fact, in my purchase page I have a button “add sites”. It cost 199$ but i don’t Know if it’s only for EE3 or EE2 too. If i need two additional sites i must pay double ?

There was a licensing change between EE2 and EE3: with v2 you had to buy the MSM separately, and that purchase gave you two additional sites for a total of three. With EE3, the MSM is included, but each additional site needs to be licensed separately. What happens if you bought EE3 (with MSM included) plus one site, and now want to use EE2 (which is included with your EE3 license) but don’t have access to the MSM (which, as I’ve said, used to be a separate add-on) only the sales team will be able to tell you. Send them an email, I’m sure they’ll be able to work something out.

Thanks for asking, Michael, what can I say? Alive and kicking 😊 And while my professional path has led me away from EE a little for the past year or so it’s still the CMS of choice for me … I hope to be around a little more often again from now on.
