How do I add more buttons to a rich text area (such as font-color)?

I’m creating a shared form view that has a rich text area. I am able to create it, but it doesn’t have all the functionality I want. I want to allow the user to choose from set colors (that I set, such as “#e8e8e8, #ffee33”) for different words. I also want to remove the image button.

How do I do this?
