default theme at install of 3.0.5. Where is it?

Installation instructions say you can install a default theme and it was there when I installed the old free 2.n version but now I have bought version 3 the install doesn’t give an option to install the default theme with examples.
Anyone know if its possible to insatll the sample theme post install of EE and if so how?
Looks like it just doesn’t exist in 3.n so I installed last version 2 just so I could see how it hangs together.
Look in /themes/ee/site/agile_records. Agile Records seems what you want. Maybe EllisLab forgot the option to install this trough the installation process in EE 3, but the theme should be there.

We have a new theme for v3 that has not yet shipped. Since the majority of our early adopters are experienced users, we held off on the new theme until we could apply some more polish. Stay tuned!
