Anyone else find the new button labels confusing in the Template Manager of v3.0.x?
It was:
Update | Update and Finished
And now:
SAVE TEMPLATE | SAVE & FINISH EDITING
I think what’s tripping me up is that when I read “FINISH EDITING”, I’m expecting to finish editing that same template, not be moved back to the Template Manager.
Finished vs. FINISH…
This tripping anyone else up?
When I click Save & finish… I get taken back to the Template manager. What version are you using?

Yep, that’s what that button does. I just think it’s labeled oddly now.
If I were having a meal, and someone said, “I’m going to save this salad, and finish eating” I wouldn’t expect them to then get in on their bike and ride off, I would expect them to continue eating until they have finished.
I’m using the current dev preview.

Yeh it does look a bit odd when you stare at it. I actually prefer the original “Update/Update & finished”, though something like “Save/Save & exit” may be better?
Save & Done Editing?
