3.0.6 - No "upload Image" button in a file field in a grid

Not sure if this is correct or not but thought I might post here before I considered a “bug” post. When you have a file input in a grid field, there is no “image Upload” button in the file selector that pops up.
Seems as though I had heard of this complaint before but couldn’t find it in a quick search…
Has anyone else seen this?

Hi Russ, I’m looking at 3.0.6 now and there should be an “Upload New File” button at the top right of the file picker, assuming you have permission to upload to the directory.
