Installer using wrong theme URLs - 3.1.0 DP 6

I didn’t see this in the previous developer previews but that doesn’t mean it’s not something I’m doing, but I can’t figure what that would be. So for now, I’m blaming someone else — namely, the installer. 😊

See attached screenshot. I’m not having this particular trouble in the CP before trying to update.

Okay, a little more digging. As you can see, the Installer is not even trying to use the correct URL. I’m fairly confident that the installer is getting the site url values straight from the database and not from the config file. When I deserialize the settings the the exp_sites table, the URL the installer is trying to use is the URL that is in the DB settings. But that is not what I have in my config file, and if you load those preferences in the control panel, they show the correct values set in my config file.

Hmm interesting, I’m not reproducing this one. To test, I made sure I had a URL saved in the DB for the theme_folder_url config, then I set an override in config.php, loaded the updater and the override was present in the URLs. I’m also not seeing anything fishy in how we construct that path in wizard.php. Am I attempting to reproduce correctly? Anything else I can try?
