Private Message sending limit
How Do I?
Where do we set the limit for this warning in private messaging? (EE 2.10.1)
You have surpassed the Private Message sending limit for a 24 hour period.
I have looked – almost – everywhere but no luck.
Go to Members -> Member Groups
Click Edit Group on the group the members are in.
It’s under Private Messaging Privileges

The thing that confused me is that I received the same warning while logged in as admin (super-admin). Is this limit apply to super-admin group as well?
Given that there isn’t a setting for SuperAdmins, I doubt that there should be a limit. If you’re sure that it’s happening, you might want to submit a bug report or wait for one of the EllisLab folks to chime in.
Indeed, the per-group send limit (and storage limit) is ignored for any logged in Super Admin.
You are right. I was confused by the warning fired by a pm related add-on. EE’s native pm system does ignore such warnings for the logged-in super-admins.
