Date Format Channel entry

I have localized my installation in Italian, but the date of teh channel enty is mm/dd/yyyy hh:mi PM/AM
instead of dd/mm/yyyyy hh:mi 24hr
There is a way to change this?

In General settings (the wheel top right) you can change the date and time format for the site.
