Upgrade from 2.7.3 to 3.1.4 - Files tab does not respond

I just performed an upgrade from 2.7.3 to 3.1.4 in two steps, first from 2.7.3 to 2.10, and then from 2.10 to 3.1.4
However, the “Files” tab does not respond. It just loads forever and finally times out.
Did I miss a step when doing the two upgrades?

It sounds like you may be running into this bug- though it’s hard to tell for certain. If you have thousands of files, I’m about certain that’s the problem.
We’re on that one, so I’d suggest subscribing to the bug report. As soon as there’s a patch it will be posted there.
