I created a channel form and visitors use it to send support tickets to a related channel. It’s working fine but when an user is connected to his account using user addon, the form is no longer displayed on the website. Why?

using ee 3.2 and user addon 4.0.3

When you allow guests to post, their permissions will reflect whatever permissions the ‘default’ author has. When a logged in user posts, it will use their permissions.

Double check that for that user group, they have permission to post/edit and permission to do so in that specific channel. You’ll want to go through the member group permissions and make certain the group should be allowed to access the publish form for that channel.

Does that help?

Thanks. It was the origin of the problem ! I fixed it. When you create a channel, you should have a reminder about these privileges.
