Admin upload for specific member.. to download.

I have a unique request I am trying to fulfill.
The client requests the ability to upload a file to a specific members profile. Then the member can log in, and download this specific file. We currently have Solspace “user” installed.
Does anyone have any direction on how to pull this off? Thanks

I haven’t tried it personally, but this add-on looks like it was made just for your use case.
