Error when installing EE 2.9.3
How Do I?
I got this error message when using the installer to do an installation, not an update. I had to input all the information (user names and passwords) of the MySQL database all over again, but it appears there is a problem. Please advise, if anyone has ideas.
“A Database Error Occurred Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.
Filename: controllers/wizard.php
Line Number: 1600”
My guess is that this environment doesn’t meet the system requirements. Have you tried running the Server Wizard on this server?

That really help me! Thank you so much! I’m trying to install a free version of ee on my PC, in order to test it.. But it doesn’t work ‘cause I must enable PDO for MySQL PHP extension! Thanks!! 😊
