Hello.
How I can collect IP from a visitor when visitor is filling out channel:form?

As of 3.2.0 Channel Form should be automatically populating the entry’s ip_address property with the IP address of the person filling out the form. Apart from that writing a custom extension using the channel_form_submit_entry_start is probably the best way to go.

Ok, if it does populate those IPs, im good. Its just for rare cases when might actually need IP from the sender.
