Restore Category ID number to Categories Tab

Both EE v1 and EE v2 provided a Category ID number in the Category Edit window of the Categories tab.

As is, I have to save the entry I’m creating, the go four clicks into the Channel Management area to look it up, and my clients, who don’t have access to that area, have no way of looking it up.

I’m not saying it needs to show when “Manage Categories is “off”, but when it’s “on” I would like to have that ID there.

When a client needs me to hide a category from our dynamic navigation, the whole things goes faster if they can tell me what the category ID number is. Also, I use this when setting up there site.
