Default status overrides status setting on channel form

Hi, I’ve have a settings for my channel form as follows: Channel Form: - Default status = Pending - Default Author = Visitor

How ever, when a logged in member fill channel form (that is not the same as for the visitors but uses the same channel), the entry goes into a “Pending” status even that I have param status=”open” on my form for logged in members.

The problem is, that logged in members should be able to ad entry straight to status open but some reason the parameter doesn’t take effect on the form submission and it defaults to channel settings.

If I change the form settings and set the status to “open” for channel form, and then add status=”pending” for the visitor form, well it wont work and the form gets status open anyway.

So, status parameter seems not to work, or do I miss something relevant parameters for the logged in members form and for the logged out members form?
