channel layouts seems to have an issue?

I had a setup for certain channel to have an form layout. When I uninstalled one add-on and forgot that this layout had a fieldtype that just was uninstalled, I didnt manage to edit entries nor the layout itself anymore leading me to error, that I no longer remember.

Im pretty sure it was due the fact of the install-reinstall process I made but not sure. If someone has local setup and time to give this a play, would be nice to know can you get the same result.

When I might have the time to play around this myself, I can shoot more here (error type etc).
