Template Route Problem

What I,m doing wrong??? For my site I,m using 3 list pages (article_l1 to article_l3) and also 3 detail pages (article_d1 - article_d3) for my categories (e.g. /segment1/segment2/segment3). All are stored in template group DE. (see sample1)

My template route setup is (s. sample2).

The problem, if template route for detail page > article_d1 is filled I get an empty list 3 (404). If the detail page route > article_d1 is empty I get also list 3, but the link to the detail page is not working.

I tried everything but no result. Hope someone have an idea 😉

Is there a limit of segments in the template route?
