I have found a lot of old articles and links to an expression engine cookie consent module, however the links are dead and the information seems to be old.
Are there any reliable Cookie Consent Modules recommended/available?

This was a first party module, i.e. produced by EL, that has since been discontinued, as I understand. I am a little sorry myself, but apparently there wasn’t sufficient demand for continued development. I don’t think there is an EE specific solution at this moment, just use any of the other available approaches (there are plenty of them out there).

Personally I used Silktide dot com’s cookie consent and it worked very effectively for what I needed. I have no affiliation with it, but it seemed the most simple, and quickest to implement.
