3.3 Upgrade Changing Links

I just upgraded from 3.1 to 3.3 and now my links are displaying inaccurately. The code is:
<a href="{map_link}" target="_blank">Get Directions ›<a>But it now displays on the site as:
URL" target="_blank">Get Directions ›
(where URL is the web address filled into the map_link field)The link field is set to have no formatting and web addresses for this channel are set to not convert to links. What could be happening?

Just closing the circle here that this has been fixed in the released software, version 3.3.1
