Change Control Panel Field Group Field Display Order in EE3?

In EE2 there is a provision for adding a “Field Display Order” number to every field in a Field Group, allowing you to easily control the order in which the fields are displayed to the end user of a website’s Control Panel.

This appears to be missing in EE3.

Is there another way to change the display order of fields in a Field Group (short of deleting and recreating fields)?

Please note, I’m not talking about the display of the fields in the website, but in the Control Panel when creating and editing entries.
