Email Notifications upon Entry Status change

There are some good Add-ons for EE2 which enable email notifications to be sent, based on changes to Entries or Members. MX Notify Control Postmaster Are these going to be updated to support EE3?

Does anyone know of any other Add-ons like this? I’m trying to send out emails based on when an Entry’s Status changes.
