Stuck on EE2

I have an EE2 (v2.11.2) site that runs a number of extensions (e.g. Postmaster), for which updated/equivalent extensions are not available. Without the budget for a load of custom development what is the best move?

Is there a way to get hold of v2.9.2 as a starting point, but even that’ll be retired in October.
