[EE 3.4.0] - FR: thumbnails for file manager

Please could we have a button to toggle between list (table) and thumbnail views for the file manager, with a setting for the default state of each upload location. Or at the least a thumbnail in the table so we can see which image is which.

Almost impossible to manage images without this.
