White home page after upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.11.2

I upgraded and it ran through fairly easily and now I am getting a white page on the home page. I can access the admin without any issues.

I did go in and debug = 1 on the index.php page but it still did not give me any errors and nothing is loaded when viewing the course. I can dump things out in the index.php files so I know it is being called.

Wondering where to dig in next.
