We have configured a client-face CHANNEL:FORM and subsequent GRID inputs. Our dropdown consists of array(“”, “Australia”, “United States”) for example.

As the field is not required, the user can submit “”

However, in the control panel itself, when viewing the grid submission, it does not support the ability to display the “” value, it defaults to “Australia.”

Obviously this is incorrect and misleading.

Gotcha. For now you could add a non-selection value, e.g. -- and use a conditional as necessary in the template, for instance if you need to show something different when there is no selection for that field.
