Fixed, thanks for reporting, Derek! If you want to fix locally, open /Users/derek/Sites/ExpressionEngine/system/ee/legacy/libraries/Menu.php and in the _channels_menu() method, add this before the foreach():

$channels->order('channel_title', 'ASC');
