SEO Plugin That Does Image Overriding Per Entry

Does anyone know of an Expression Engine 2 plugin that lets you basically do exactly what SEO Lite does but also with images on entries as well as keywords, title, and description.
You can do this with native custom fields, that way you can has many fields as you need, Custom page title, Meta description, any OG data for Facebook/Twitter, plus things like variables for an XML sitemap.
This is what I ended up doing but its a major pain in EE when you have a couple of channels that need the same function. All the fields do the same thing but need different shortnames because EE treats fields and needing to be unique even though a field group is what is related to a channel directly.
I just count that as part of the initial setup, and once done you have a very flexible system. It’s not unusual for me to add those sort of data fields to a dozen or so channels on some projects.
