Make the whole field row clickable (display: block) in the Entry page.

One of the things my clients that are transitioning over from EE 2.0 are finding odd about EE 3.0 is that the tap target area for field rows in the Entry form are limited to the tiny ^ up tic mark.

It would be nice if the tap target area was increased by either making the Field Lable text clickable and/or the whole row.
