Channel settings bug?

Hi,

Just setting up my first site in EE 3.4.2.

I like the default base URL and default base path to make it easier to migrate between development and live server.

When I create a channel and check the channel settings it puts the full URL in the in the Channel field under the URL and Path Settings. I thought it would have made use of the base URL path.

Would I be correct in thinking that when migrating sites you would still need to manually change the channel URL for each channel.
